CapsuleCam App Transforms Spirit Week

CapsuleCam was selected by Harriton Student Council as the image sharing platform this year for Spirit Week. In the past, the Banner managed the photography for the week. It is available for free on the iTunes store and Google Play.

On October 13th, Pajama Day, 138 people joined and 55 pictures were posted. On the app, you can log on using Facebook, post pictures already taken, and take new ones.

Student Council President Ben Hewitt commented, “I’m very excited about this new platform for increasing our sense of community and spirit throughout the school. It just reinforces that we have a dedicated and innovative team on Student Council (shoutout to Leah Kay for suggesting this idea and Willie Marks for setting it up for us) that is always looking for new ways to improve the school. I think it also goes to show that some small changes, like encouraging folks to download an app and upload their pictures, can have a big impact on how we carry out Spirit Week.”

CapsuleCam is an app developed by Capsule Media LLC, intended for group occasions involving more than 10 people. In this, it is clear that Harriton’s Spirit Week applies!
