Season Preview: Boys’ Lacrosse

This year, the Harriton boys’ lacrosse team looks to come out as one of the dominant teams of the Central League. This year’s team features the largest senior class since Coach Proud joined four years ago.

The dominant group of seniors includes leaders such as Patrick Stewart, Matthew Binnion, and the newly transferred Ian Walsh, all of whom plan on being reliable players the team will need to succeed this season.

Returning juniors Will Stahl and Hakan Atillasoy, both offensive threats, hope to perform exceptionally this season with plenty of goals and assists. Cyros Strickland returns as a critical member of the Rams’ defense. Coaches Proud and Mandarino will continue to lead the team.

The team also features many newcomers who hope to do their part as the Rams seek a state championship. This will definitely be a season to remember, not only for the players and coaches, but for the school as well.
