Sophie Grady becomes 4th female at Harriton to score 1,000 career points

Harriton Girls’ Basketball is halfway through the season, experiencing its fair share of ups and downs. The Rams have a record of 4-9, but while the Rams are not having its best season, it has been a historic season for senior Sophie Grady.

The captain scored her 1,000th point this season, the fourth girl in Harriton history to do so. Later in the season, she broke the record for all time points scored, set 14 years ago.

Last week, the Rams had a resounding win over Strath Haven, and a close loss to Garnet Valley, who is currently undefeated. This week, the Rams are looking to avenge a loss earlier in the season when the team plays Radnor on Tuesday on Radnor turf. The Rams are also playing Penncrest on Thursday at home and Central Bucks East on Saturday at home.

The Rams are looking to make a run on the second half of the season and try to make district playoffs. Make sure to come out and support the Rams!
