How would you describe the experience of being part of Dr. Harriton?

Dr. Harriton has been among my most memorable experiences of senior year. It allows you to really get out of your comfort zone and experience something different while getting to know lots of new people.

What would you say your favorite memory has been so far?

One of my favorite memories was Ad. Day. We talked to a bunch of local business owners and made some big ad sales for the show. It was really cool to meet people in the community and directly help the show be more successful.

Why did you want to be part of Dr. Harriton?

I wanted to be a part of Dr. Harriton because it’s my last year at Harriton, and I wanted to be a part of something memorable. Dr. Harriton seemed like a great way to make a positive impact through service, but also a really fun time with friends.

What would you say is your all time favorite Dr. Harriton act?

My all time favorite Dr. Harriton act was Palmer’s act last year where he and his friends spat water all over the place, including in each other’s mouths. I thought it was super unique and funny.

If someone who is thinking of doing Dr. Harriton next year is reading this article, what advice would you give to them?

I would encourage them to get involved. It’s for a great cause, and everybody always has a great time with the show.

What do you think will make this year’s Dr. Harriton unique?

I think the comedy acts will make this year’s Dr. Harriton unique. I think the show will be a great time and we’ll have the audience laughing throughout the entire show.

What have you learned from the experience so far?

One thing I’ve learned from Dr. Harriton is my own ability to learn new things with practice. I’ve never been into dancing, but I surprised myself by learning a bunch of complicated dances including the 8 minute long intro dance. 

What is one past Dr. Harriton performance that you will always remember?

One performance I’ll always remember is Elizabeth’s performance from last year. I didn’t really know her, and was surprised by her opera singing.
