Jesse Bregman Throws No-Hitter in Rams Win
It was a sunny Wednesday afternoon as the Rams battled with Central League foe Upper Darby. Junior pitcher Jesse Bregman had a breakout game. He pitched a no-hitter and a complete game. It was domination from start as Harriton belted in two runs in the bottom of the first. They went on a cold streak from the second inning to the fifth inning until unleashing in the seventh, when they scored six runs in a single inning. Bregman put them away in the 7th inning and sealed the win.
This win puts the Rams at 5-0 in the Central League and 6-0 overall. They remain in first place in the Central League with their record unblemished. This dominant win gives the team more confidence going forward when they play perennial powerhouse Conestoga High School. This year has a potential to end with a banner in the gymnasium, so stay tuned for more updates.
