Boys Lacrosse Crushes To Win Last Game Before Playoffs
On Thursday, the Harriton Rams Lacrosse team engaged in their final regular season game of the season, facing off against Valley Forge Military Academy. The Rams obliterated the Valley Forge players by a score of 15-1! Harriton sprinted off to a great start, finishing the first quarter winning 5-0. Everyone played a stellar game for the Rams. Russel Love (senior attackman) scored for the first time in his lacrosse career! More history was made, as Marc Margolis, a Harriton Banner writer, also was able to find the back of the net twice during the game. Goalie Eric Cignarella had an outstanding game in net, finishing with a save percentage of ninety. The Rams will advance to District Playoffs as the 28th seed! Their first game is on Tuesday, May 13th at Garnet Valley at seven. Come cheer, support, and witness as the Rams try to rewrite their reputation as one of the premier lacrosse programs in the area!
