On December 20th the Boys Indoor Track team had its 2nd meet at Lehigh University. The team competed in six different events, including three relays. Junior Jonah Gillepsie-Sickman highlighted the meet for the Rams with his 3rd place showing in the 3000m in a time of 9:29

Everyone else also performed well for the Running Rams. Senior Jordan O’Donnell ran in the 200 Meter Dash and placed 19th with a time of 26.33. In the 4×400 relay, the team ran 4:08, placing 22nd. Then, in the 4×800, the Rams placed 23rd with a time of 10:38. The day then ended with the 4×200, in which the team came in 31st, running 1:52.

It was another great meet for the Boys Indoor Track team. Check in soon for the results of the Marine Corps Holiday Classic on 12/29 in New York for the Boys’ and Girls’ DMR teams and the Burdette Indoor Classic on 12/30 at Lehigh. The girls’ DMR team, composed of sophomore Tasha Greene, junior Rohanna Foote, and seniors Laney O’Shea and Maura Henderson, is currently ranked 4th in the nation and 2nd in the state.
