The indoor track team concluded their season this past weekend at the invitational track meet at Lehigh University. Seniors Fiona Maruca and Jan Terwiesch led the team in an excellent season. In addition, Noah Cox, Farzam Mir and Sam Kartsonis all played integral roles in inspiring the team to excel. When asked about the season, junior standout Derek Goss commented, “Despite rigorous strain and brutal conditions, the team really showed their character and I can’t wait to see them all next year!”

At the recent meet at Lehigh University, Harriton outperformed various schools. Notable junior Farzam Mir placed 63rd in his overall 400 meter sprint, clocking in at 1:02, which is his all-time personal record. Be sure to look out for the team next year as they look to improve on this year’s season!
