Ram(s) of the Week: Haley and Meredith Morris, Sophomores

Ram(s) of the Week: Haley and Meredith Morris, Sophomores

Why we think they are cool: Twingers! What about that is not awesome? Especially pertaining to this adorable duo. One is a harp master and the other can win in any Hunger Games situation.

Annika: Have you ever thought of “parent trapping”?

Haley: We did one time; like we switched places in first grade, but Meredith ended up crying so we had to switch because Meredith was the one that always cried, so once she started to cry they knew it was her and not me.

Meredith: (Laughing) Yeah.

Haley: (Laughs) No denial there.

Tess: Okay well do you guys have any special skills?

Haley: I have a really good Spanish accent.

Tess: Can you show us?

Haley: ¡Hola!, me llamo Miguel. (Note: it actually was really good!)

Meredith:  I’m really good at predicting things before they happen! Like I swear I know!

Haley: That is so not true.

Meredith: I can read people!

Tess: What is your favorite food?

Haley: Pineapple.

Meredith: Pasta.

Haley: I’m so much more exotic than you.

Emily: So what is your favorite thing about going to school together?

Haley: I can easily find out what dinner is because I can just ask Meredith.

Meredith: I hate the fact that Haley never answers the phone.

Haley: That is not even part of the question.

(Everyone laughs at Meredith)

Tess: Which one of you would win in the Hunger Games?

Haley/Meredith: Haley.

Tess: Why?

Haley: Meredith would cry.

Meredith: Guys, I don’t actually cry that much!

Annika: How do people separate you two — with your looks and your personality?

Haley: I always say that Meredith has a bigger head and a bigger nose.

Meredith: I have squinty eyes but personality wise, I’m nicer.

Haley: I give off better vibes.

Meredith: No, I give off better vibes!

Annika: What celebrity would you marry if you could?

Emily: No, who from Harriton would you marry if you could!?

Haley/Meredith: NOOO.

Meredith: I am not answering that question.

Annika: Okay. Who would you meet if you could meet anyone in the world?

Haley: Can they be dead?

Annika: Yeah.

Haley: Well, I think Gandhi is really cute.

Meredith: Abraham Lincoln.

Annika: Haley, did you know that Gandhi slept with a night-light on until he was like 50?

Haley: …That is really weird.

Tess: Okay, now we need a personal statement from both of you.

Meredith: Can it be weird?

Tess: Yeah!

Each one said a word that the other had to respond to—

Haley: Galileo

Meredith: Was

Haley: a

Meredith: beautiful

Haley: and

Meredith: courageous

Haley: man

Meredith: who

Haley: maybe

Meredith: discovered

Haley: something

Meredith: cool

Haley: but

Meredith: he

Haley: really

Meredith: really

Haley: did not.

Conclusion: These girls are not afraid to show the world who they are (disclosure: who they are is awesome)! They embody kindness and (as shown by their personal statement) a bit of welcomed weirdness. We are infatuated with their good-natured disagreements and we think everyone should be, too.
