There are few words that could really sum up this weeks ram of the week but you all know her and you all love her. What would Harriton be without our dear Wynter Lane? We know. It is a scary thought. She is a fasionista, a hairdresser and a book worm..kind of.  Although we did not find out what Wynter’s favorite season was, we did get to know her on a personal level. So enough with the chit-chat, read on and get a glimpse into the life of your every day diva.

HB: What is the worst insult you have ever been given?

WL: That I am too loud.

HB: What is the worst insult you have given someone?

WL: Shoot, I don’t know (ponders) telling someone I was gonna smack them.

HB: Is that really the worst thing you said?

WL: Is this gonna go on my record? (laughs) No really that is the worst thing I’ve said.  My friend took my insult as I was calling her fat once but I wasn’t calling her fat I was just telling her to get off the desk because she was just too big.

HB: What is your favorite book that you have recently read?

WL: Thugs and the Women Who Love Them.  The whole Thug series.

HB: Yes! What’s it about?

WL: It about thugs, drug dealers, all that stuff.  Next question!

HB: What is your favorite food?

WL: Lamb with the curry sauce.

HB: What is your favorite restaurant?

WL: Siamese Princess.  It is a Thai restaurant on Lancaster Avenue.

HB: Waterparks or amusement parks?

WL: No parks.  I don’t like heights.

HB: What does your ideal man dress like?

WL: Classy when I need him to and gangster when I don’t.

HB: What is your favorite class you have taken at Harriton and why?

WL: My first year here I took textiles and clothing.  That was my favorite class because at the time I really wanted to get into fashion.

HB: But you are still at the salon right?

WL: Yes I work at the hair salon! Oh and that’s another one of my classes that I liked I took cosmetology.

HB: Which hair salon?

WL: It’s called Be Beautiful and it is down in South Philly.

HB: What do you do on the weekends?

WL: Fallback, chill, hang with some of my girls, you know the regular.

HB: What are your plans after you graduate high school?

WL: Go to college.  I also want about five hair salons.  I need a chain of salons.  I want daycares.  And I want to have a multi million-dollar industry.

HB: What are you going to do with that million dollars?

WL: Run the world.

HB: Do you do any clubs at Harriton?

WL: No, no clubs.

HB: Why?

WL: I don’t like people…mostly.  And I don’t like staying after school, I like to go home and get into bed.

HB: If you could go one place in the universe where would it be?

WL: Bangladesh because I think the deserts are beautiful.

HB: Who are you wearing to prom?  Dolce? Versace?

WL: Maybe some Valentino Hills you know something really classy.  But I’m just giving you a sneak peak so you’ll just have to wait till prom.

HB: What is a day in the life of Wynter?

WL: Wake up.  Come here to this…one of a kind school.  Go home and read a book.  I just got into reading books, I read a book now.  Go to the gym.  Come home and cook dinner.  Some nights I go out and come in at like 11:30 on a school night.

HB: 11:30 that’s pretty late?

WL: It is cuz’ I’m grown.  And then I go to sleep and do it all over again.
