Meet Mr. Harriton Contestants, Ben and Tristan!
Ben Seltzer
Ben Seltzer is a ringing self-endorsement. He has only positive things to say, about himself, other contestants, and Mr. Harriton in general. Is positivity enough to win the title?
HB: What’s a day in your life like?
BS: Well, a typical day of Mr. Harriton starts by looking for about 4 out of the 10 contestants. Once we finally get everyone on stage, we run the dances a few times, take notes from our choreographers, and then perform our talents for each other.
HB: Why did you try out for Mr. Harriton?
BS: I tried out for Mr. Harriton this year because I wanted a chance at the crown even more after I didn’t get into last years competition. It’s always been a dream of mine to walk around the halls of Harriton being know as the one, the only, Mr. Harriton.
HB: Who’s your biggest competition?
BS: I’d have to say that Tristan Kevitch is probably my stiffest competition, but due to the secret nature of the competition, I can’t tell you why. Trust me, though, you’re in for quite the show from Tristan and all the other competitors.
HB: What’s the best thing about Mr. Harriton?
BS: The best thing about Mr. Harriton is that the show is made completely by students. Mr. Robinson is our advisor, but that’s his only role. Everything else is done by students, from the art to the expert choreography. It’s incredible to be part of such a fantastic show that’s entirely run by students, especially when you consider all the money that is raised for charity through the show.
HB: Why are you the next Mr. Harriton?
BS: I’m the next Mr. Harriton because of my expert dancing skills, my charisma on stage, and my incredibly cute talent. Don’t believe me? Come out February 27th, and I’ll show you just how well the title “Mr. Harriton” fits.
Tristan Kevitch
Tristan is yet another contestant with killer confidence. He is sure to dazzle us when he steps onstage, but like he says… anything can happen.
HB: What’s a day in your life like?
TK: A normal day for me consists of spreading positivity, eating food, flirting with baes, and playing baseball
HB: Why did you try out for Mr. Harriton?
TK: When my mother sold my drum set, I then decided to follow my dream and become a college baseball player. Now that I have accomplished that there’s only one more thing I need to do… To play one more concert in front of a sold out crowd.
HB: Who’s your biggest competition?
TK: I don’t have any competition, but who knows what’s going to happen because the best performer never wins.
HB: What’s the best thing about Mr. Harriton?
TK: The females get to see a side of Tristan Kevitch they’ve never seen before.
HB: Why are you the next Mr. Harriton?
TK: Because besides 2 iphones, my keys, the remote, the state championship, etc. I never loose anything.
