New and old come together to present audiences with the new and improved movie: Inside Out 2. The film’s predecessor allowed us to explore the inner workings of our emotions through Riley, who has to adjust to a new life as her family moves to San Francisco. The colorful characters helped viewers understand the important role of emotions in our lives, good or bad. The new sequel is set to be released on June 14, 2024. The build up for Inside Out 2 has fans of the first movie super stoked, especially since the new plot introduces more mature emotions like embarrassment, anxiety, ennui, and envy. As they grow older, children who enjoyed the last film expect to be able to relate to this one even more as young adults.
