On January 12th, Haiti suffered an earthquake of massive dimensions, with a registered magnitude of 7.0 on the moment magnitude scale. The major damage, a consequence of the earthquake, has been catastrophic: homes, hospitals, and landmarks have been destroyed. So far, more than 70,000 bodies have been recovered. Several NGOs as well as the United States troops are aiding Haiti. If you want to help too, contact any non-profit organization and ask how. Please help!
