This is a weekly feature we started last year to honor Rams athletes who made the biggest impact for their teams during the week. This particular week was cut a bit short, but here were the biggest difference makers:
Caleigh Foust, Junior, Field Hockey and Soccer: Not only did Caleigh lead the field hockey team to a huge win in their opener with six goals, she also provided a spark in the Rams’ soccer loss against Strath Haven, scoring the team’s lone goal.
Max Norris, Junior, Cross Country: Max cemented his place among the best runners in the state at the Viking Invitational, where he finished in second with a time of 15:31. On Saturday he helped lead the Harriton varsity squad in a 4×3200 relay, where the team placed 6th.
Juwan Valentine, Junior, Football: In his first ever varsity appearance, Valentine scored four touchdowns and led the Rams to a 41-26 romp over Chichester.
Rain, All Sports: The week turn a turn for the bizarre as rain delays postponed the majority of games, making rain by far the biggest difference maker of the week.
Congratulations to the aforementioned Rams athletes.
