Track and Field Central League Finals

On May 10th, 2017, the Harriton Rams track and field team traveled to Lower Merion High school, competing in the last meet of the season, in which the entire Central League Participates.

Standout senior Tasha Greene competed in the last race of her high school career, finishing easily in first place with a time of 5:12 in the mile.

Sophomore Kate Kucharczuk also finished first in the Pole-Vault, with a height of ten feet.

Moving onto the boys 4×800 squad, Noah Cox, Guillermo Ribeiro-Vecino, Kyle Tassone, and Derek Goss finished in sixth place.

Senior Jan Terwiesch also tied his personal record in the open 800 with a time of 2:01.

The Rams ended the 2017 season on a high note, and all of the runners are looking forward to the 2017-18 cross country season in the fall. Be sure to look out for your running Rams as they continue to improve!
