Upcoming Concerts

Upcoming+Concerts

With the new year comes new music, new artists, and new concerts. These concerts can serve as life-altering moments filled with flashing lights, screaming fans, and wonderful new memories. They can also, however, be hard to locate. Here is everything you need to know about where and when to find upcoming concerts around the Philadelphia area.

Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj is currently touring her new album, Pink Friday 2, which sold 25,000 copies on vinyl in its first week. At this rapper’s upbeat concerts fans can expect bright lights and flashy costumes. As a performer, Nicki Minaj loves connecting with her audiences, talking to them as she would a friend and bringing people up on stage. In March, Minaj will perform for three days in a row. On March 28th, she will be in the Prudential Center in Newark. Her concert is only in Philadelphia for one day, March 29th, at the Wells Fargo Center. Finally, her third performance will be at Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 30th. More information about her tour can be found at this link on Ticketmaster.

Bad Bunny

Bad Bunny will be making his way to the City of Brotherly Love for one night only. You can get tickets for his performance held at the Wells Fargo Center on April 19th here. He will also be in Brooklyn April 11th-13th, tickets for which can be found on Ticketmaster. He is currently on his Most Wanted Tour, promoting his fifth studio album: Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana. This new album largely reflects his trap music roots, different from his pop-reggaeton music. Bad Bunny concerts attract high-energy crowds, so be ready to dance!

Madonna

At the age of 65, Madonna still remains a household name. Even now, she is currently touring around the U.S! She can be found at Madison Square Garden in New York City on January 29th, and Pittsburgh at the PPG Paints Arena on February 5th. After these few dates, however, she will not be coming near this area again on her tour. Despite her age, Madonna manages to be young at heart, exciting her die-hard-fan filled stadiums. You can purchase tickets and more for Madonna at this link on StubHub. Get tickets while you still can!

Rolling Stones

In their 64th year of being a united band, the Rolling Stones are coming to stadiums all around North America. Their current tour will be promoting their album, Hackney Diamonds, which is their first original album released in 18 years. Their multi-generational concerts bring together excited fans with a down-to-earth experience. They will only be in the area for one night, so get your tickets as soon as possible! The Rolling Stones will be at Lincoln Financial Field on June 11.

Olivia Rodrigo

Olivia Rodrigo has reached a staggering amount of fame at an incredibly young age, and is now touring around the world. Though she is somewhat new to the stage, she already has incredible presence and charisma. Unfortunately, she will only be in Philadelphia for one night on July 19th. However, do not fear as Rodrigo can also be found in New York at Madison Square Garden on April 6th-9th. Another famous artist, Pink Pantheress, will be joining her as a special guest!

We are fortunate that there will be many opportunities to listen to incredible artists in Philadelphia this year. Certainly, the act of enjoying and sharing music can bring individuals together. It is important that you do not miss the chance to see these once-in-a-lifetime concerts with your loved ones; you will not regret it.
