The Harriton Girls Basketball team beat Notre Dame 48-44 on Saturday, January 4th to win the Scholastic Play By Play Classic. The entire team fought hard on both ends of the court to capture the victory. Senior Katie Melvin was named MVP of the entire tournament, leading the team with 15 points in the finals against Notre Dame. Freshman Sophie Grady followed closely behind, adding her own 14 points to the scoreboard. The Rams are now 8-2 overall and 6-2 in the league.
